My name is Cerberus, I'm a Moderator with Phoenix Rising and the Mu Online Client.
I've seen a few posts about technical assistance, and we understand how frustrating that can be for new or returning players. While we do our best to make sure the registration processes, shop utilization, and gaming experience is as streamlined as possible, we do sometimes miss a few minor complications. We would be HAPPY to assist you in fixing these issues, in a timely manner and to the best of our ability.
For those instances when players might need immediate assistance, we recommend signing up for our server on the Discord App.
Unfamiliar with Discord?
Discord is a chat-based application that is widely used in the online gaming community. It is essentially an external chat communication that is similar to instant messaging.
Due to the nature of the forums, it's not quite as easy to get instant notifications for new posts, thus delaying our response time.
Discord has a much more useful and instant notification response rate, and the staff is always using Discord to communicate both with players and with other staff members.
Not only for technical assistance, but also for general chat and communication, the Moderator and Development teams would like to warmly invite all Mu Online users to participate in the Discord chat functions. One can run Discord in a web browser, or as an external downloaded App.
